OFF Festival 2010 will take place in Katowice in Dolina Trzech Stawów (Three Lake Valley).

The new location of OFF Festival is the center of leisure. Dolina Trzech Stawow (Three Lake Valley) is an unusual place in the city. The park is stretched between two housing estates: Osiedle Paderewskiego and Muchowiec (at Gornoslaska and Murckowska streets). It took its name from the three small lakes, which have their own marina. Many walkers who are looking for the refuge from the city’s bustle frequent the paths in the park. There are many accommodation places near the park.
The Valley of Three Lakes is placed next to Lasy Murckowskie (Murckowskie Forrests) and an airport used by Silesian Aeroclub.
